PTMAN serves a diverse audience of faith leaders, community partners, civic stakeholders, and residents. All speakers and vendors are expected to maintain respectful language, professional conduct, and proper time management. The views expressed by guest speakers or vendors do not necessarily reflect those of PTMAN.

Speaker Requests: Approved guest speakers may be given up to 3 minutes to introduce themselves and share key information. Speakers must arrive by 9:00 a.m. Additional conversation and networking may take place after the meeting.

Literature and Materials: A designated table will be available for flyers and handouts. Please remove all remaining materials when you leave.

Vendor Setup: Vendors must be set up by 8:30 a.m. No setup will be permitted after 8:45 a.m.

PTMAN typically allows non-member speakers or vendors one courtesy opportunity per fiscal year. This policy is subject to change. Those wishing to participate more frequently are encouraged to become members or make donations.
