PTMAN serves a diverse audience of faith leaders, community partners, civic stakeholders, and residents. All presenters and vendors are expected to be respectful in their wording, tone, and time management.

 

SPEAKER REQUEST
Approved guest speakers will be given up to 3 minutes to introduce themselves and share key information. Additional conversation and networking can take place after the meeting.

 

LITERATURE AND MATERIALS
A designated table will be available for flyers and handouts, and you may also distribute materials during the meeting. Please take all remaining materials with you when you leave. Do not leave literature behind.

 

VENDOR SETUP
Vendors must have set up and be completed by 8:30 a.m. No setup will be permitted after 8:40 a.m.
