A Host Site is a business, organization, or community partner that agrees to welcome youth interns to work on site at no cost to the Host Site during PTMAN’s 4X4X4 Plan. Interns participate for 4 weeks (4 days per week, 4 hours per day) and gain valuable exposure to real-world work environments, customer service, teamwork, and professional behavior.

 

Host Sites play a key role in helping youth develop confidence, responsibility, and transferable skills by offering structured guidance and age-appropriate tasks that allow youth to learn by doing.

 

Host Sites will:

• Provide a safe, welcoming, and supervised environment

• Offer age-appropriate tasks that help youth build skills and confidence

• Serve as a positive example of workplace professionalism and teamwork

• Partner with PTMAN to support the success of each youth intern

 

Ideal Host Sites include:
Local businesses, churches, nonprofits, offices, trade shops, community agencies, and service organizations.

A 4X4X4 Church Rep is a designated leader within your church who helps support PTMAN’s 4X4X4 Youth Work Experience Program. Reps serve as the main point of contact by promoting the program, helping identify youth participants, and keeping the church organized and ready to participate.

 

Church Reps play a key role in strengthening program success by keeping members informed, encouraging donations and sponsorship, and supporting program coordination within the church.

 

Church Reps will:
• Inform the congregation and promote youth participation
• Help identify and support youth candidates through an internal church process
• Encourage donations and share giving methods
• Participate in Church Rep Steering Committee meetings as required

 

Ideal Church Reps include:
Ministry leaders, youth leaders, administrative staff, volunteers, and members with strong communication and coordination skills.

Sponsors and donors help make PTMAN’s 4X4X4 Youth Work Experience Program possible by supporting youth development, training, and summer work readiness opportunities. Your contribution helps provide youth with structured, safe engagement while building responsibility, teamwork, and real-life workplace skills.

 

Supporters may give any amount or choose a sponsorship level to directly impact a youth participant for one week or the full four-week program.

 

Sponsors and donors can support by:
• Giving any amount to support program needs and supplies
• Sponsoring one week for a youth with a donation of $128
• Sponsoring the full four-week program for one youth with a donation of $512

 

Ideal sponsors and donors include:
Individuals, churches, businesses, community partners, and organizations that believe in youth development and community investment.

Youth between the ages of 13 and 17 may register to receive more information about participating in PTMAN’s 4X4X4 Youth Work Experience Program. This registration helps PTMAN identify interested youth and share next steps, requirements, and placement details.

 

Youth must be available to participate in the full program schedule: four weeks, four days per week, and four hours per day. The program runs from late June through early July (exact dates to be announced). An adult must attend the official in-person registration meeting with the youth. Submitting this form does not guarantee participation or placement in the program.

 

Youth registration includes:
• Requesting more information about participating
• Confirming availability for the full 4X4X4 schedule
• Receiving program updates, requirements, and next steps
• Attending the official in-person registration with an adult

 

Ideal participants include:
